A standard work plan is 6-10 weeks:

For Customer X, we screened a protein target and provided sequences of successful hits.
Here is an overview of that project:

Phase 1: Sample Submission

  • Week 1: Customer X shipped 100 ug of their protein target at >10 ug/mL

Phase 2: Library Panning

  • Weeks 2-3: We performed 2 initial rounds of panning and found:

  • Week 4: We performed a final, 3rd round of panning and found:

  • We also performed a negative pre-panning round to remove unwanted binders

Phase 3: ELISA Plate Screening

  • We selected 94 clones + pos/neg controls and test in a 96-well plate

  • We provided sequencing data for 6 confirmed clones
