SdAb library panning returns a collection of clonal isolates, of which at least 94 are screened against the panning target to discriminate potential binders from background. Meanwhile, the enriched library is tested against the antigen in a dose-response ELISA after each round of panning, ensuring that the total affinity of the library is trending towards increased binding. As necessary, any discovered binders are subjected to deltaSeq tools to improve specificity and affinity, as well as humanization, chemical tags, or any further modifications necessary to achieve desired applications.
