Using QBI's biosensor platform, we can deploy customized sensors to breweries that can accomplish a number of goals. Our sensors can shorten brewing timescales by revealing the intricate processes at work within vats, fermenters, and conditioning tanks that currently lack comprehensive quantification. Additionally, these customized sensors open avenues to greater experimentation by brewers. Currently, brewing is often seen as more of an artform than hard science; QBI's biosensor will bridge the divide between artisanal, historical brewing practices and cutting edge scientific analyses. 

By allowing brewers to observe the processes at work within their fermenters in real time, our brewing sensor provides quantification and understanding of the complex processes at work. This data can then be used to tune and hone brewing processes to achieve maximum efficiency. 

Furthermore, brewers today are consistently looking for new types and styles of beer to appeal to an ever evolving customer base. The QBI biosensor will aid in expanding the scope of understanding available to breweries,  significantly augmenting the ability to experiment and replicate experimental brews successfully.
